SIKES — Services for Howard Lon Gulledge, 69, will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Sikes Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Baldwin officiating.
Burial will be in Sikes Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Mr. Gulledge died Monday at VA Medical Center in New Orleans.
A native of Sikes, Mr. Gulledge worked in the timber business and was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include four sisters, Eva Simmons of Sikes, Rush Pepper of Laurel, Miss., Billie Laningham of Alexandria and Ruth McDonald of Bossier City; and several nieces and nephews.
