Boonville Standard 28 Sep 1888, Fri ·Page 3 - The body of Christ Koutz, who disappeared mysteriously nearly six weeks since, was found dead last Friday evening in a woods pasture on the farm of Charles Rhoades near Yankeetown. Mr. Koutz was 66 years of age. He was related to the families of Jacob Weyerbacher, Henry Koutz, and Peter Hebner, of this place. The unfortunate man was never married and was badly crippled years ago in the left hand, side and leg, by a stroke of paralysis.
