Son of George T White and Mary C McKendrick of Taunton,Massachusetts.Enlisted in the US Army during the Spanish War and served in Cuba as a hospital corpsman. He died of malaria in May 1899.While he was in Cuba he wrote several interesting letters which were printed in the Taunton Gazette.He was not married.
