Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, August 31 Nalleys Funeral home, Mount Rainer, Md.
Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, Va.
Mr. Pearson was born in Oneonta Dec. 6, 1895 a son of John and Jane (Baker) Pearson.
He married Etta Flowers.
He was veteran of World War One, serving with the U.S. Army.
He is survived by: his wife, of Mount Rainer; one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Halaquist, Sidney; one brother, Harold, of Amsterdam: one step-daughter, Mrs. Thelma Cherry, of Mount Rainer and four grandchildren.["The Oneonta Star, Page 10, Oneonta, Otsego, New York, August 29, 1961."]
