RICHFIELD, UT - Lynnette Dalton Verharren, 80, Richfield, Utah, died May 25, 2001 in Richfield, Utah.

She was born Oct 13, 1920 in Salt Lake City, UT to Patrick Daly and Ora Victoria Johnson Dalton. She married Werner Louis Verharren, Nov 11, 1943 in the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple. During World War II, she was employed at Luke Field in AZ as an aircraft electrician. She worked as a business assistant and dental assistant for three dentists in Oakland, CA, later she worked for the Canadian National Railroad as a passenger agent in San Francisco. She loved to sew and read. She was an active member of the LDS church where she served as an ordinance worker in the Oakland Temple. She faithfully filled positions in all the auxiliary organizations. She was also active in the DUP while they lived in Sonora, CA.

She is survived by her husband, Werner, Richfield; children, Nora (Larry) Lloyd, Richfield, Ilene (George) Lowe, Round Rock, TX; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchil-dren; and brothers, Patrick D. (Lela) Dalton, Salt Lake City, Leonard F. (Davida) Dalton, Beaverton, OR. She is preceded in death by parents; sister, Patsy Hall; brother, Grant R. Dalton; and grandson, Aron Lloyd.

Graveside services and interment will be Wed. May 30, 2001, 2 p.m. in the Richfield City Cemetery. Friends may call at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, 50 S. 100 W, Wed. 12-1:30 p.m.
