Mr. Wilson died Tuesday, Oct. 22 at Alvin C. York Medical Center in Murfreesboro. He
was a disabled Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Baptist church, John
B. Garrett Lodge, and Nashville and Al Menah Temple.
Born October 9, 1928, in Ft. Paine, AL, he was the son of the late Charles and Ruth
(Beasley) Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Wilson, Antioch; a son, Billy Keith Wilson,
Smyrna; two brothers, Jerry Wilson and Garfield Wilson, both of Calhoun, GA; two
sisters, Emma Mae Peace and Cora Belle, both of Calhoun; and two grandchildren, Ivy
Wilson and Will Wilson.
Pallbearers were Bud Hinebaugh, Bill Zager, Roger Dial, Jackie Sanders, Adam
McCaleb, and Mike Cooper.
