Mrs. Bettie Williams Brewer, widow of George Brewer, died at her home in Poolesville, Thursday morning, aged 71 years.

She was a daughter of the late Charles and Prudence Williams.

Surviving are these children: Charles Brewer, Beallsville; Mrs. Betty Eggelston, Danville, Va.,; George Brewer, Glen Burnie; Mrs. Jane Carlisle, Westfield, N.J.; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Thomas Oxley, Mrs. Edward Allnutt, Mrs. Henry Allnutt, Dr. Roger Williams, Dorsey and Arthur Williams.

Remains rest at the funeral home in Barnesville where funeral services will be conducted Saturday, 2 p.m. Rev. Carter Gillis, rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church at Poolesville, will officiate. Interment in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
