Services for Lacy Johnston Hawkins, 51 year old Trigg County resident, will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz.
The Rev. Hollis Henson will officiate, assisted by D W Billington, and burial will be in Oliver Cemetery in Trigg County.
Mr. Hawkins died at Shady Lawn Nursing Home Sunday afternoon after an illness of two years. He had been a patient at the nursing home for more than a year.
A native of Trigg County, he was born Sept. 9, 1915, the son of the late John Henry and Laura Morris Hawkins. He was a member of the Boyd Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include a brother, Robert E Hawkins, Trigg County; and two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Oakley, Benton, and Mrs. Jess Snider of Trigg County.
