Raymond was born in Beulah, ND, to Julius and Sarah Baldwin. He grew up on a farm in Hinckley, Mn. He served in the US Army during WWII. Cpl. Baldwin served stateside in 1945. Ray married Betty L. Sandeen in 1946. They had two children together. Raymond passed away at Salem Memorial Hospital, July 3ed, 2003. May he always RIP.
