Jack R. Bromley, 87, of Yuba City, California, passed away peacefully March 1, 2010.
He was born on August 8, 1922.

Jack was a life long resident of Yuba City. He graduated from Yuba City High School, Class of 1940. He then served in World War II, Division of Armed Forces, and was honorably discharged in 1946. Following in his father's footsteps, Jack was a dedicated farmer in the Sutter Basin area and grew a variety of crops. He was a passionate golfer and a long time member of the Plumas Lake Golf Course. He was also a long time member of the Elk's Lodge #783. Jack's greatest pleasure in life was enjoying the summer months at his Donner Lake Cabin, where he loved to fish and spend time with family and dear friends.

Survivors include Jack's loving wife of 30 yrs. Trudy, his children, Larry Bromley, Cathy Burton, Marsha Mungia, and Judy Blaesi, stepson Jerry Brown and their respective spouses, and several grand-children.

He was predeceased by his oldest daughter Janice Cross, brothers Phil and Tommy Bromley, sisters Marian LeBaron, Frances Asmus, Elizabeth Bromley and stepdaughter, Sandra Ladd.

Friends and loved ones were welcome to attend a graveside service Monday, March 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sutter Cemetery in Sutter, CA.
