Wagoner Byron H. Fry was born in Lewis County, Kentucky in about 1869 and was engaged in farming prior to joining the US Army on September 24th 1900 in Lexington, Kentucky. Upon enlistment Wagoner Fry was assigned to Troop E, 2nd Cavalry Regiment. According to records Byron Fry was killed by a Pennsylvania Central train between Deanwood and Magruder Maryland.
