Seth Alan Jenkins, age 13, died Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Nationwide Children's Hospital, following a 6 year battle with leukemia. Seth is survived by his parents, Todd and Wendi; his sisters, Claire, Grace and Maren; and multiple groups of family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at SOUTHWICK-GOOD & FORTKAMP FUNERAL CHAPEL, 3100 N. High St. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 4 p.m. on Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church, 414 E. North Broadway. Msgr. Stephan Moloney and Msgr. Anthony Missimi, Con-Celebrants.
