Clara Ellen ‘Miller’ Ousley is the daughter of Isaac Miller (my 3rd great granduncle) and Elizabeth Wolfe (daughter of Valentine and Mary ‘Thompson’ Wolfe). They married In Osage County, Missouri, 9 May 1847 and are found there on the 1850 Federal Census record. Note that on the census record Clara’s age is recorded as 8 years, i.e., several years before Isaac and Elizabeth married. Clara’s birth mother, and the 1st wife of Uncle Isaac, was Narcissa Shockley. They marred 1 November 1837 in Gasconade County, Missouri.
