Graveside rites under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home will be conducted for Mrs. Mildred Giles Benton, 88. at 10 a.m. today in Highland Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Jackson, pastor of First United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Mrs. Benton, a resident of Iowa Park 52 years, died Sunday in a Wichita Falls hospital. She was born May 2, 1890 in Marietta, Okla. and was a retired real estate investor.
She is survived by two sons, Haskell of Wichita Falls and Harold of Ventura, Calif.; a daughter. Mrs. Roma Chandler of Ventura, Calif, and two grandchildren.
