Bernard Enright was born September 12, 1909, at Holland and had been a lifetime resident of this area. He died March 15, 1989, at St. John's Hospital.

Mr. Enright was an Army veteran of World War II. He farmed in the Solomon area and worked for Butler Manufacturing, until his retirement. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic Church, AARP and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

His first wife, Margaret, died in 1973. A daughter, Marilyn, and son, John, preceded him in death.

Survivors included his wife, Helen; three sons, James, William and Kevin; two brothers, William and Neil; three sisters, Nellie Giersch, Eileen Moyer and Marie Brewer; three stepdaughters, Terry Smith, Thea Todd and Jane Tryvanien; and 13 grandchildren.
