Mrs. Allen had lived in the Dexter and Malden areas before moving to Mississippi five years ago. She retired from Swifts Poultry Plant in 1970. and was of the United Pentecostal faith.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008, at 10:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Jimmy Rich of Glen, Mississippi, officiating.
Interment will be in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
