Son of Jonathan Richardson Sr.(b. ca. 1692) and Ann (Edwards) Richardson. Married Anne Massey/Massie. Father of Jesse (b.1760), Thomas, Amos, Mary, Nancy and Aimy Richardson (b. aby. 1770).He was married twice. His 1st wife was Elizabeth Taylor. She was a daughter of Henry Taylor and Sarah unknown.

He married 2nd Ann Massey October 2, 1759 in St. Johns, Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of Aquilla Massey and Sarah Cole. Anne was born in 1724 in St. Johns, Baltimore, Maryland.

My son Joseph that I had by my first wife, thirty shillings sterling.
My wife Anne all my movable effects in her possession till my children come of age, then to be divided equally among Mary, Nancy, Aimy, Jesse, Thomas and Amos.
My wifes' thirds to be deducted out of the last mentioned effects of estate.
