Michael passed away following a lenghy illness Feb 24,2009. Micheal worked in lawn care and enjoyed gardening, photograhy & Auto Maintenace. Michael was also a volunteer for A.A. His great asset though was his smile. Survivors included his former spouse, Catherine Bryant Smallwood; Children Verdale, Rosell, Daleon Smallwood..Step-Children Geno & Michael, Richard, Tachico Bryant; 24 grandchildren. Brothers; Purvis M. Smallwood Jr. & Purvie Smallwood. Sisters; Ligoria Beane, Anna Smallwood & Ernestine Lopes along with many Neices & Nephews. He preceded in death by his parents, Purvis & Ernestine (nee Brown) Smallwood; & Brother, William Crosby Smallwood. Burial Took place at Brookdale Cemetery in Eyria.
