Obituary:
Mackall Webster Acheson, Jr., 78, of Warsaw died Monday, February 15, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Coumes Acheson and a brother, Johnny Acheson. Mr Acheson was a retired U. S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and cabinet maker for Tiffany Yachts at Burgess.
Surviving are four children, Mark W. Acheson of Sulphur, Louisiana, Margaret A. Anthony of Warsaw, Mackell W. Acheson, III of Great Lakes, Illinois and Glen R. Acheson of Blackstone; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Lois Kaplan of Oregan, Patsy Cox of Florida, Tina Acheson of Heathsville; five brothers, Harry Acheson of Alexandria, Robert Acheson of Newland, Danny Acheson of Northern Virginia, Dean Acheson of Fredericksburg and Jamie Acheson of Heathsville.
Memorial Services were held 2:00 p. m. Saturday, February 20 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock with Rev. Richard Newlon officiating. Interment with military honors will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Kilmarnock.
