Mrs. Moreland was born in Decatur on May 23, 1914 to Guy W. and Dorothy Ashe. She was a member of the First Congregational Church. She married John W. Moreland in 1936.
Surviving are her husband; son, Ronald of Los Angeles, Calif.; daughter, Mrs. David (Judy) Snyfer of Decatur; Father of Decatur; four grandchildren.
