HELEN S. CHABALA of Howard Street, Larksville, died at the Meadows Nursing Center in Dallas. She was a daughter of the late John and Catherine Zak Siudak. Mrs. Chabala was employed by General Cigar until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael; brother Myron; infant granddaughter Melissa. Surviving are her sons, Joseph, of Dallas; and John, of Larksville; daughter Mary Ann Zarenski, of Larksville; brother John Siudak, of Plains Township; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
