Funeral services for Mildred Lukasik, 81, of Seguin were held Monday,  Apr. 6, 1998, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Seguin. Officiating was the Rev. James Wuerth. The Rosary was recited on Sunday, Apr. 5, 1998 at Goetz Memorial Chapel. Visitation was at Goetz on Sunday.

Mrs. Lukasik died Friday, Apr. 3, 1998, in San Antonio.She was a past member of the Guadalupe Valley Hospital Auxiliary Pink Ladies.

Survivors include husband, Eugene Lukasik of Seguin; son, Eugene Lukasik Jr. and wife, Helen of Buffalo Grove, Ill.; daughter, Mildred Deiker and husband, William of Seguin; son, Daniel Lukasik of Oshkosh, Wis.; sister, Nell St. Clair of Scottsdale, Ariz.; sister, Ida Koll of Seguin; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of one's choice.
