Mrs. Elizabeth Prester Gunnels 62, died at a local infirmary.

The funeral will be at the Church of God with the Rev. D. T. Toler officiating, assisted by Rev. T. D. Brogdon and the Rev. O. B. Osborne.
Interment will be in West View Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tom Durst, S. C. Crow, C. C. Sidener, Sam Chambers, E. T. Shirley and J. W. Hathaway.

Mrs. Gunnels was a native of Hampton County, South Carolina and had lived in Augusta for 24 years. She was a member of the Church of God.

She is survived by her husband J. G. Gunnels; three daughters, Mrs. Willie Chavous, Mrs. Estelle Roberts, and Miss Mary Alice Gunnels; two sons, Ulysses Gunnels and Louie Gunnels; four grandchildren; a sister. Mrs. Ida Lane, Columbia, S. C., a brother, Charles Bessinger, Columbia and several nieces and nephews.
