Henry was the son of Olaus Olsen Døhlen and Karen Olsdatter Kringler.

He had seven siblings: Karl Olaf, Ole Hjalmar, Gustav, Laura Jensina, Olga Jorgine, Clarence Oswald, and Adolph Wilhelm.

Henry married Frances Evelyn Willard on March 27, 1926.

They were the parents of two sons: Clarence Eugene and Clifford Willard.

Henry M. Rovold, 76, rural Bagley, died Saturday, December 4, at the Clearwater Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 8, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Leonard. Pastor Paul Knutson officiated and burial was made in Norway Lake Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Hme in Bagley.
Mr. Rovold was born on May 11, 1900 in Norman County, Minnesota to Olav and Karen Rovold.
He is survived by two sons, Clarence and Clifford, both of Washington; one brother, Adolph, rural Bagley.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
