SHOEMAKER, Joseph E.
Passed away on May 19th, 2004 after a short illness. He is survived by his wife Beryl, daughters Joryl Wickham of Gilroy and Sharon Dorociak of Scottsdale, AZ, sister Beverly Lineker, grandchildren Sherry Hatch, Leslie Englund and Sean Englund of Scottsdale and Chris Abeloe of Anaheim and 10 Great-grandchildren. He retired from the State Department of Agriculture with 33 years service. His love of flying was long lived, retiring as a Major in the Civil Air Patrol. When flying was no longer an option he pursued his interest in boating. Funeral services will be held at East Lawn Memorial Park Chapel, 43rd & Folsom Blvd. at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 26, 2004. Remembrances may be sent in his name to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2425 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento.
