Franklin Tidwell age 79, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010. He was born in Notasulga, Alabama on February 17, 1931 to L.J. and Candis Tidwell who preceded him in death along with his brother, James "Bud" Tidwell.
Survivors include his loving wife, Patsy Turner Tidwell; daughter, Charmaine Anderson; sister, Lorene Bates; grandson, Samuel Joseph Anderson; nephew, Alvin Taylor; many other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years.
Rev. Donald Knox presided over funeral services held Sunday, February 28, 2010, 2:30 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Bear Creek Cemetery.
