Born on February 16, 1928 in El-Dorado, Oklahoma passed away in Mesquite, Texas February 23, 2010.
Retired from the Dallas Police Department after 32 years of service at the rank of detective. Proudly served his country during WWII and Korean conflict.
Survived by his wife Odell Hobbs, daughter Kathy Graham and husband Larry, son Marion Hobbs and wife Christie, daughter Barbara Hobbs, grandchildren Jayme, Lucas, Ashley and Erin, great-grandchildren Bryden and Brynn, nieces Vicky Robson and Karen Hess, numerous other relatives.
Interment at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Galloway Ave. Baptist Church or to the Assist The Officer Foundation (ATO) (Hobbs) 1412 Griffin St. East Dallas, Texas 75215.
