WEST BOUNTIFUL-- Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and friend Steven R Pack, age 54, died Saturday, October 5, 1996 at his home.
He was born August 11, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Ivan and Phyllis Pratt Pack. He married Judy Ann Webb, June 10, 1968 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was employed for 30 years with U.S. West. He was an active member of the LDS Church serving in the Cub Scout organization and as a high priest in the West Bountiful 5th Ward. He was an antique enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife, West Bountiful; children, Matthew W., West Bountiful; Jeffrey W. (Jackie), Bountiful; James W., West Bountiful; Steven W., serving a mission for the LDS Church in the Washington D.C. Mission; Brenda, West Bountiful; one grandchild; two brothers, Ivan P., Bountiful; Mark C., Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 8, 1996 at 11 a.m. in the West Bountiful 5th Ward Chapel, 840 North 800 West. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary Chapel, 295 North Main and Tuesday at the church 9:40:45 a.m. prior to the services.
