GEORGETOWN| Rachel T. Cameron , wife of Harvey L. Cameron , died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 3, 1939, in Georgetown County, a daughter of the late Perry Tanner and Lillie Cribb Tanner.
She was a graduate of Pleasant Hill High School. She was a wonderful pianist and enjoyed music. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and loving her grandchildren.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include three sons of Myrtle Beach, and of Georgetown; a daughter of Hemingway; two brothers both of Pleasant Hill; five sisters, all of Pleasant Hill, and of Vox; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Graham Funeral Home in Georgetown.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
