Alfred, age 90, of Port Washington. Passed away on Saturday. He was the Beloved husband Violet C. (nee Johnson). Alfred proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII. He is survived by his two daughters: Jacquelyn Welch, Bonnie (Tom) Wendtlandt; and his sister Mabel Gumoski. Alfred was the Proud grandfather of four grandsons, two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren. Further survived by other loving relatives and friends. He was predeced by his parents; his wife Violet; a son Victor; and a son-in-law Charles Welch.
Funeral Services were held at the Funeral home on Monday. Memorials in Alfred's name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
