Mrs. George (Vena) Proctor, age 77, of 84 Hamilton St., Galesburg passed away last Friday morning. Funeral services were held from the Hoag and Watts Funeral Home in Galesburg on Monday at 1 p. m. with Rev. Glen Hathaway officiating. Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Galesburg.
Mrs. Proctor was born October 8, 1885, in Houston, Ind., the daughter of Daniel and Louisiana Hill and had been a resident of Galesburg for 59 years.
She was married to George Proctor in 1903, who passed away in 1952.
Mrs. Proctor is survived by one son, Albert; one daughter, Mrs. Edward (Myrtle) Glady, both of Galesburg; one granddaughter; five brothers and two sisters.
