Funeral Services Held Friday For Pulliam Erwin Pulliam

Tragedy struck in Royston Wednesday when little Paul Erwin Pulliam, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Pulliam was fatally injured when a felled tree crushed him. He was
pronounced dead upon arrival at Cobb Hospital in Royston.

Survivors include his father and mother, the former Miss Faye Allen, one sister Lucy Jane and a twin brother, Thomas Edwin Pulliam. Paternal grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. T.J. Pulliam and maternal grandmother Mrs. W.M. Allen of Greenville S.C. also survive him.

Funeral services were held at the Methodist church in Royston at 3:30 p.m. on Friday with the Reverend Jessie Lee Jordan and Rev. C.A. Jordan of Greer, S.C. officiating.

Erwin was a member of the Junior Boys Sunday School Class at the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Members of his class served as Honorary Escort and Pall Bearers.

Music was furnished by Mrs. Joe Carey and daughter of Athens, Ga. and Miss Louise Jordan of Royston, Miss Ellen Robinson of Franklin Springs presided at the organ.

Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery, with Cunningham and Pruitte in charge of arrangements.
