Mrs. Epperson was born June 10, 1944, in Omaha, Nebraska. She had worked at Vitronics factory for 28 years. She enjoyed bowling, outside cookouts, her poodles and she liked being with her family and friends. Mrs. Epperson attended Trail of Tears Church.
On October 11, 1960, she was married to Jim Epperson at Herrington, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1997.
Surviving are one daughter, Bonnie (and Tom) Sappington of Grandin, Missouri; two sons, Jim (and Kristi) Epperson, Jr. and Brian and (Carolyn) Epperson, all of Doniphan; two sisters, Kay (and Bill) Snow of Duncan, Arizona, and Connie (and Dwight) Shepherd of Nokomis, Illinois; one brother, Harold (and Kim) Trube, of Doniphan; seven grandchildren, Tom Sappington, Jr., Tim Sappington, Amber Epperson, Travis Epperson, Brittany Epperson, Brandy Epperson and Brandon Epperson; and two great-grandchildren, Harley Sappington and Dalton Sappington. Mrs. Epperson had numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends and will be missed by all.
Mrs. Epperson was also preceded in death by her parents, Delbert Trube and Betty Chambers Trube; one sister, Debbie Trube; two brothers, Gary and Delbert Trube, Jr.; and one grandson, Jeremy Sappington.
Burial will follow in the Grandin Cemetery.
