Richard C. "Dick" Burrow, 89, a retired chief engineer for Alaska Steamship Co. in Seattle, Washington died in Graham.
Mr. Burrow served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a lieutenant commander in the Merchant Marines. He had resided in Graham since 1978. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Richard Burrow married Irma on 1 January 1966.
