Funeral service for Leonard Belton McCary was Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Calvin Jones officiating.
Burial was in Providence Cemetery.
Mr. McCary died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at Keller Landing in Tuscumbia. He was born Aug. 3, 1942, in Alabama to Leonard Belton McCary and Bertha Garrison McCary. He was self-employed as a truck driver. Mr. McCary was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Wayne McCary, Greg McCary, Jimmy McCary and Leonard McCary, all of Kentucky; one daughter, Cindy Napier of Lexington, Ky.; one brother, David McCary of Town Creek; two sisters, Evelyn Burnett and Linda Norton, both of Town Creek; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Michael Borden, Cory Borden, Lee McCary, Greg Napier, Brandon Kerby and Heath Potter.
