Julie Marie Koch, Age 37, was called home to Heaven after a very courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Julie is survived by her parents Paul and Rosemary (Birchmeier) Koch of Dexter, MI, her three sons, Kaylyn, Nathon and Keoni Koch of Dexter, MI, her four brothers, Christian and Heidi (Rivera) Koch of Hawaii, Paul and Anne (Rohn) Koch of Chelsea, MI, Michael and Susan (Bell) Koch of Brooklyn, MI, and Daniel and Kate (Kent) Koch of Dexter, MI, and 15 nieces and nephews, 1 great nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Julie was preceded in death by her Grandparents Christian and Isabell (Frayer) Koch and Marcellus and Lauretta (Johnson) Birchmeier.
Julie graduated from Dexter High School in 1990. She attended Eastern Michigan University and Arizona State University studying theatrical makeup. Growing up with four brothers, Julie was the only girl in the family and became a loving mother of three boys. Julie has touched many lives and everyone that met her liked her. She had a very loving spirit and will be missed until we meet again.
