Graveside services for Mrs. Ruby Mangham Moore, 94, of Avenue F, were held Monday, July 1, 2002 at 11 a.m. in the Beulah Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis Smith officiating. Mrs. Moore died Saturday, June 29, 2002 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Moore was born in the Lifsey Springs Community of Pike County and had lived in Thomaston since 1930. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Diane Vaughn in 1983 and her husband, L.B. Moore in 1985. Mrs. Moore retired from the Bleachery Division of Thomaston Mills with over 40 years of service and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Mrs. Joyce M. McDaniel and Mrs. Bobbie M. McCrary, both of Thomaston; a grandson, Ken McCrary of Snellville; a granddaughter, Kelly M. Anderson of Lancaster, Calif.; great-granddaughter, Tara Keahey of Williamson; great-grandsons, Kenny McCrary and Kyle McCrary, both of Snellville; great-granddaughters, Ansley Anderson and Shelby Anderson, both of Lancaster; and great-grandson, Brady Anderson of Lancaster.
