N.W.Grandy Dies

Nicholas W. Grandy, aged fifty-eight, for two years past employed in Foreman Murphy's carpenter gang; died Tuesday morning at his home in the Fourth ward. Death was due to an
abcess on the liver, with which he had been affected for several weeks. He leaves a wife, and several children. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church Wednesday afternoon conducted by Rev.Hull and interment made in the North Platte Cemetery.
