COLUMBIA - Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at North Columbia Baptist Church for Shelia Barnes, 66, of Columbia, who died Feb. 21, 2010, in Columbia.

Burial is in Stringer Family Cemetery.

Mrs. Barnes was a semi-retired grocery store owner and member of North Columbia Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Shelli Blackwell of Kosciusko; three sons, Jeffrey Barnes, Stephen Barnes and Doug Barnes, all of Columbia; two sisters, Pamela Hall and Beneka Graham, both of Columbia; two brothers, Ricky Stringer and Rusty Stringer, both of Columbia; an adopted daugher, AnnaKaylin Victoria Barnes of Columbia; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Lee Barnes Sr.; a son, Luther Lee Barnes Jr.; and her parents, W.J. "Boe" and Eddie Pearl Dyess Stringer.

Visitation is 5-10 p.m. today at Colonial Funeral Home in Columbia.
