Dyris O. "Johnny" Foster was born Dec. 6, 1926, in Alex to Lee and Bessie (Starkey) Foster. He passed away on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, in Chickasha. He lived in Alex most of his life and graduated from Alex High School.
Johnny married Ann Brown on March 26, 1948, and they made their home in Alex. He owned and operated Johnny's Wrecker Service. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Alex and a member for 53 years of Masonic Lodge #94.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Frank Hatridge. Johnny is survived by his wife, Ann Foster, of the home; two sisters, Crystine McIntyre and Sue Kelly; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in the Bradley Cemetery, Bradley, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha. Published in The Chickasha Express Star from 2/16/2010 - 2/18/2010.
