Magee, Jan. 25 - Funeral services will be held at the Goodwater Baptist church Friday at 1:00 p. m. for Mrs. Fanny Duckworth, 86.
Mrs. Duckworth, who died Thursday, was a former resident of Wanilla but had been living with her daughter, Mrs. North Duckworth at Route 3, Mendenhall. She was a member of the Wanilla Baptist church.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Virgil Davis. Magee. and Dr. Peter Green, Crystal Spring. Interment will be in the Goodwater cemetery.
She is survived by six daughters, three sons, a daughter-in-law, two sisters, three brother,. 44 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
Her daughters are Mrs. Nora Duckworth, Mendenhall; Mrs. R. I. Tullos, Magee; Mrs. Cassie Tullos, Hub; Mrs. Ray Wilson, Wanilla; Mrs. Elmer Hopkins, Mendenhall and Mrs. Mason Young, Ellisville.
The sons are Don Ainsworth of Jackson; Rice Ainsworth, Magee, and Wiley Ainsworth, Mendenhall.
The daughter-in-law is Mrs. Cortez Duckworth, Clarksdale.
Her sisters are Mrs. Jim Simmons, Louin; and Miss Mollie Shoemaker, Mendenhall.
Her brothers are T. J. Shoemaker, Weathersby; Monroe Shoemaker and Jesse Shoemaker, of ?
Mrs. Duckworth had formerly lived In Magee but several years ago sold the family farm here to the state for use by the Mississippi Tuberculosis Sanitorium (sic Sanatorium).
Funeral arrangements are in charge of Mims Mitchell Funeral Home.
