Jacob Warfield "Doll" Knight
Jacob Warfield "Doll" Knight, 54, of Stanley, died on Saturday, May 27, 2006, in Stanley. He was born on March 20, 1952, in Stanley and was a son of the late Jacob Franklin and Lissie Marie Good Knight. Mr. Knight was a carpenter.
Surviving in addition to his companion of eight years, Doris Ann Cave, are a son, Brandon Campbell of Stanley; two brothers, Franklin Lee and James William Knight, both of Luray; and two sisters, Patsy Marie Knight Miller of Luray, and Dixie Darlene Knight Woodward of Stanley. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather Knight; and a brother, Arnold Wayne Knight.
A funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, May 30, at the Leake's Chapel Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Peggy G. Corbin. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
