She was a daughter of John and Barbara (Winstead) Hale.
She married twice and survived them both. Her first husband was Charles Moore and her second, and last was Edward Roettger.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a son, Ralph; and a stepson.
Services were with Rev. Dale Withers officiating.
