Andrew L. Binduga was born Jan 21, 1917, in Pennsylvania and raised in Lilly, to parents John Binduga, born in Austria (1890-1968), and Susan Costella (1886-1954).
Andrew came from a large family and was one of the middle children in eight known children.
Andrew married Pauline Bradley about 1940 and they settled to raised their four children - Donna, Jack, Colleen and Darla. Andrew retired from working for the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1978 and was living in Altoona, Blair County, at the time of his death.

BINDUGA - Andrew L. "Andy," 87, Cresson, died July 10, 2004, at Altoona Hospital. Born Jan. 21, 1917, in Jamestown, son of the late John and Susan (Costello) Binduga. Preceded in death by infant daughter, Colleen Lynn; brothers, Joe and Frank; and sisters, Helen Miller, Agnes Civic and Betty Eads. Survived by wife of 64 years, former Pauline Bradley; children, Donna Fultz (William), Texas; John (Frances Lato), Altoona; and Darla Zimmers (Barron), Muncy; also seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Andy retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1978. He enjoyed his family, friends, poker and working around his home. Member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson; Sokol's Club, Lilly; and Railroad Social Club. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson, where Legion of Mary will recite Rosary at 3 p.m. and vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Aloysius Church, the Rev. Msgr. John J. Little. Committal, church cemetery.
