David Aldrich, 42, passed away Jan. 24 in Albany.

Born in Lebanon to Donald and Jackie Aldrich, David was raised in Sweet Home where he attended High School. In 1999 he married Melissa DeBrie and lived in the Lebanon area before making Albany their home. David and Melissa have three children, whom he adored.

He enjoyed being a husband and father and enjoyed spending time with his family doing family activities, summer camping trips and drives to the coast. David also enjoyed watching football, especially the Steelers. He liked playing basketball with his son, Kody, and watching UFC.

He leaves behind his wife, Melissa, son Kody, and daughters Jamie and Jordan, all of Albany; parents Jackie and Milton Daily of Sweet Home, and Donald and Mary Aldrich of Lebanon; brothers Dennis and Jerry Aldrich, and Rick Aldrich and wife Rhonda; sister Peggy Aldrich; and many nephews and nieces.

A celebration of life will be at a later date.
