Margaret E. "Peg" Bradley was born on Apr 27, 1916 in Lilly, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, to parents Edward Joseph Bradley (1884-1959) and Mary Elizabeth McGough (1890-1918), both born in Pennsylvania.
Margaret was the middle child in a family of three children. Her brother and sister were: Floyd D. Bradley (1913-1992) and Pauline A. Bradley-Binduga (1918-2006), both born in Pennsylvania.
After World War II, Margaret married Charles Joseph "Butch" Toth (1924-1975), born in Portage, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Charles was a son of Michael Toth (1888-1937) and Catherine C. Thuro (1894-1961), both born in Hungary.
Margaret and Charles had four sons: Michael, John, Edward and Donald.
Charles died in 1975, and Margaret died on May 26, 2003. Both are buried in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
Margaret's obit: "Margaret E. "Peg" Toth, 87, Richland, formerly of Portage, died Monday, May 26, 2003, at Beverly Health Care, Richland. Born April 27, 1916, in Lilly, she was the daughter of Edward J. and Mae Elizabeth (McGough) Bradley. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles "Butch" Toth; and brother, Floyd Bradley. Survivors include sons, Michael J. Toth and wife, Rebecca Jenkins, Harrisburg; John E. Toth, married to the former Janet Shaffer, Windber; Edward J. "Joe" Toth, married to the former Candice Erb, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Donald W. "Babe" Toth, married to the former Sue Crum, Wilmore. Also survived by grandchildren, Matthew, Stephanie, Kathy Schrader, Karin, Beth, Lisa, Heather MacRae, Christopher, Tina, Charles and Eric; great-grandchildren, Dalton, Joshua, Emily, Benjamin "Joey" and Taylor. She was the sister of Pauline, wife of Andrew Binduga, Cresson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A former seamstress for local jacket factories, she was the co-owner of the West End Hotel in Portage. Peg was an avid Steeler fan. Friends were received Wednesday, May 28 at the Mark A. Serenko Funeral Home, Portage, where vigil for the deceased was held Thursday evening, May 29. Funeral Mass was celebrated Friday, May 30 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Portage, with Father Walter Moss as celebrant. Committal was in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Cresson."
