OBITUARY

NORA ARDIE MINATRA

ABILENE- Nora Ardie Minatra, 77, died Tuesday in a local hospital.

Services will be at 4 p.m. today in Allen-Korzenewski Funeral Home Chapel, 1443 n. 2nd, with the Rev H. B. Terry Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Tuscola Cemetery.

Mrs. Minatra was born in Tuscola and graduated as the valedictorian of Tuscola High School in 1938. She moved to Abilene in 1955 from Tuscola and worked for Timex and Texas Instruments. She was a member of the Rebeccah Lodge in Tuscola and Tuscola First Baptist Church and was the widow of N. J. Minatra, whom she married in 1938 in Tuscola.

Survivors include four sons, Kenneth Minatra of Del Rio, James Minatra of Clyde, Coy Minatra of Oklahoma City and Pat Minatra of Abilene; five brothers, H. A. Swindle of Junction, Wayne Swindle and Lee Swindle, both of Abilene, Lloyd Swindle of Cisco and Bill Swindle of Tuscola; one sister, Sleeta Edwards of Coleman; 18 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to West Texas Rehabiliation Center, 4601 Hartford, Abilene, 79605.
