MARY EVELYN KRATT, 61, of Tampa, died Friday. A native of Florida, she had been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for three years, coming from New Jersey. She was a housewife and past president of American Legion Post 282 in Harrison, N.J. She is survived by her husband, Robert; a son, Robert of New Jersey; a daughter, Evelyn Dwonczyk of Colorado; two half brothers, J.B. Golden of Tampa and Bryant Golden of New Smyrna Beach; a sister, Myra Hall of New Smyrna Beach; a half sister, Lois White of St. Augustine; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
