John W. Arnett's Funeral is Held
Funeral services for John Wilmer Arnett, clerk of Harrington Hotel, who died Wednesday in Homeopathic Hospital were held yesterday at W.W. Chambers funeral home, 1400 Chapin street, nw.
A reader from the Third Church of Christ Scientist, of which he was a member, officiated. Burial was at Rock Creek Cemetery.
A native of Hamilton Virginia, Mr. Arnett came to Washington 45 years ago. He was employed as a clerk at the hotel for many years. He was a member of the Valley Forge Council 32, Junior Order of the Mechanics and Potomac Lodge, No. 5 Order of Masons. Masonic rights will be held at the grave.
Surviving are a brother, Rodney Arnett and a sister Annie Arnett both of of this city.
