Dylan was born July 9, 2005 in Davenport to Christopher and Alyssa Summers. Though he was diagnosed with Menkes Syndrome, he was a happy and joyful boy who loved music and books. Dylan was loved by all who knew him.
Survivors include his parents; Paternal grandparents Chuck and Bonnie Summers; Maternal grandparents Frank and Terri Martin. Aunts Amy and Sarah Summers.
